Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team. Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within  5-10 business days after the return is approved.
  • Depending on your payment provider, additional processing time may apply.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us at support@richwayindia.org with the necessary details.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Personal care products (e.g., cosmetics, skincare items) that have been opened or used
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 24 Hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damage or defect, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


7. Cancellation Policy

7.1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped.
  • Refunds for canceled orders will be issued to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
